Appeal is taken from an order revoking probation.

On February 2, 1978, in a trial before the court, appellant was convicted upon his plea of guilty of burglary of a vehicle. Punishment was assessed at 2 years, probated. On October 5, 1978, the State filed a motion to revoke appellant's probation. On the same day the motion to revoke was filed, a warrant was issued for appellant's arrest.
