Plaintiffs, LeVon P. Schlenz and Delores Schlenz, have brought this action against defendants, John Deere Company and Deere and Company, for breach of express and implied warranties. Plaintiffs are Montana citizens, defendants are Delaware corporations. The amount in controversy, exclusive of interest and costs, exceeds $10,000, giving this court diversity of citizenship jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332...
