These cases involve two disciplinary proceedings against Larry W. Dowdy, an attorney practicing law in McRae, Telfair County, Georgia. The State Disciplinary Board has recommended that case number 45 be dismissed and that respondent be indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in case number 54. We will consider the second case first.
