Edward Wegman, Jr., the defendant, was charged with reckless homicide and murder of his brother, Kenneth Wegman, and August F. Haislar, for the events of October 27, 1979. The defendant moved before trial to suppress the fruits of a consent search of his car and his apartment. The motions were denied.
