Seaboard Allied Milling Corporation (Seaboard) owned a tractor-trailer vehicle which was involved in an accident near Lafayette. Seaboard brought suit against Guy Benitez, d/b/a Guy's Towing Service (Guy's), for damages due to the wrongful sequestration of the vehicle.
