PER CURIAM:

The defendants were charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of armed robbery as the result of a holdup of a restaurant in which the owner was shot to death. Defendants Miller and Davis were convicted on all counts, and defendant Ewing was found guilty of second-degree murder and one count of armed robbery. The Court of Appeals affirmed the convictions.
