LARROW, Justice.

The defendant in the present case appeals from an order of the district court which admitted him to the custody of the Commissioner of Mental Health for hospitalization. Although the defendant has been released, the conditions attached to his release have prevented the case from becoming moot. Morales v. Schmidt, 489 F.2d 1335, 1336 (7th Cir. 1973). See also State v.
