BILLINGS, Judge.

Appellant James A. Trivitt filed a Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R, motion to vacate judgment and sentence, seeking relief from a 10-year sentence imposed for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.1 The trial court conducted an evidentiary hearing and made and entered findings of fact and conclusions of law and denied the motion. We affirm.
