MURDOCK'S APPEAL

William H. Murdock's first assignment of error is to the court's denial of his motion for a directed verdict at the close of the evidence. He contends the testimony was so vague and contradictory that the jury could not answer the issues. We believe the evidence was sufficient for the jury to answer the issues.
