Ignatius and Marion Zaffarano, maternal grandparents of Shannon Genaro, the two and one-half year old daughter of appellee, Richard Genaro, have appealed from the lower court's dismissal of their petition for visitation1 filed against appellee after he cut off their visitation with Shannon in February, 1980. We reverse.
