This case presents a question regarding the relationship between the courts and administrative agencies. Gerald Bachand's complaint is that he was fired in violation of the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act. Throughout, "dual track" proceedings have occurred, and, throughout, the employer has sought to have the circuit court proceedings dismissed.
