In this appeal we are required to determine 1) whether a district court order denying reimbursement of costs of complying with a grand jury subpoena is an appealable order; and 2) whether 12 U.S.C. § 3415 (Supp. III 1979) requires reimbursement for costs incurred in complying with a grand jury subpoena when the financial institution ordered to supply the records is the target of the grand jury investigation.
