This case is before us by application of the National Labor Relations Board pursuant to § 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(e), for enforcement of its order issued against St. Anne's Hospital (the hospital) on September 28, 1979, and reported at 224 N.L.R.B. 130.
