By order dated May 27, 1980, this court affirmed the order insofar as appealed from (Weimer v Board of Educ., 75 A.D.2d 893). On February 19, 1981 the Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal to that court on the ground that appellant was without standing to appeal, and remitted the matter to this court with directions to dismiss the appeal to this court (52 N.Y.2d 148).
