Defendant, The Consolidated Sewerage District, City of Kenner, suspensively appeals a district court decision in favor of plaintiff, Robco, Inc., enjoining the City of Kenner through its agents, employees, and all other persons, firms or corporations acting or claiming to act on its behalf from using any of the three sewerage lines which exist on the plaintiff's property. The judgment also provided it was to take effect at 12 noon on June 9, 1980...
