Petitioner, First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Flint, appeals from a judgment of the Michigan Tax Tribunal entered January 9, 1980, approving respondent City of Flint's assessment of petitioner's building at 50% of a true cash value of $750,000 rather than at 50% of a true cash value of $447,000 as requested by petitioner.
