These actions, No. 14723 and No. 14722, involving appellees, Community Bank and Trust and Middletown National Bank, respectively, involve similar fact situations and were consolidated in this Court for the purpose of argument. Both actions arise from final orders of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia.
