This matter is before the Court on Cross-Motions for Partial Summary Judgment. This case arises out of a collision between the USS FRANCIS MARION and the M/V STAR LIGHT, owned by Ionian Glow Marine, Inc. (Ionian Glow). The United States and Ionian Glow have settled the liability issue of the case agreeing that the United States is to pay 35% of Ionian Glow's provable damages and Ionian Glow is to pay 65% of the United...
