Appellant was convicted of assault with intent to murder and the court sentenced him to fifteen years in the penitentiary. The court further ordered the sentence imposed to run concurrently with a life sentence imposed for murder growing out of the same incident in which the victim's boy friend was shot in the neck by appellant.
