Plaintiff Lexine Perdue filed this action to redress defendants' alleged acts of discrimination against her because of her sex. Plaintiff's complaint alleges that this Court possesses jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1343 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
