Elizabeth Cardona, Miguel Padron-Silva, and Sara Padron were tried before a jury on one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and on two counts of possession with intent to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
