Charles Keenan was convicted of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 2.1 On appeal he contends the evidence adduced at trial was not sufficient to support his conviction. We agree, and for the reasons stated in this opinion we reverse the judgment of the district court.
