This is an appeal from a final judgment in an election contest. We affirm.

Virgil McCrary was elected Mayor of Hollywood, Jackson County, Alabama, by a one vote margin over his opponent, Elizabeth Haas. A total of 345 votes were cast in the election; McCrary received 173 votes and Haas received 172.
