This appeal is a sequel to the remand which we ordered in In re New England Telephone & Telegraph Co., 135 Vt. 527, 382 A.2d 826 (1977). It is taken from an order of the Public Service Board filed August 27, 1980. A further order, denying reconsideration, was issued September 19, 1980.
