Upon his complaint for mandate, restraining order without notice and reinstatement, plaintiff-appellant Lester E. Sheridan (Sheridan) appeals from a judgment upon a bench trial in the Newton Circuit Court dismissing Sheridan's complaint pursuant to Ind. Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 12(B)(6), for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
