On or about January 2, 1975 defendant Arnold Trattler, a physician, commenced an action against the plaintiffs in the District Court, Nassau County, to recover the sum of $750 for professional services rendered to plaintiff Harold Kossover "on or about the 21st day of May, 1974", with interest "from May 21, 1974".
