The defendant has filed exceptions to the recommended decision of Trial Judge Wood which challenge the trial judge's rulings (1) that under 10 U.S.C. § 687 (1976) the plaintiff was entitled to readjustment pay following his release from active duty as a Reserve officer of the Army and (2) that on its counterclaim seeking return of money the plaintiff received as bribes during his service on active duty, the defendant may...
