Appellant appeals a Summary Judgment granted the Plaintiff below. Appellee's original petition alleges that on August 10, 1979, Nugent Equipment Company of Lafayette, Louisiana executed a check payable to Reggie Barham, d/b/a Southwest Pipe & Supply for $6,250.25. On August 27, Barham, endorsed this check by placing his account number on its reverse side and deposited it in his account with Appellee. Immediately upon deposit, Barham withdrew...
