This is an appeal from an order denying the appellant's petition for habeas corpus and remanding him to the custody of the Sheriff of Monroe County for extradition to the State of North Carolina. On October 30, 1980, a Florida Highway Patrol officer was on patrol in Monroe County when he observed a motor vehicle which was the subject of a teletype request from the State of North Carolina.
