OPINION

WEISBERGER, Justice.

This case comes before us on appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court declining to hold the defendant, Anthony A. Geruso, in civil contempt for failure to obey an injunction contained in a final judgment of the Superior Court entered on August 15, 1978. We affirm.
