The appellant, Timothy Knight, appeals from the final order of the Circuit Court of Wetzel County which adjudged him guilty, upon a jury verdict, of the crime of indecent exposure in violation of W.Va.Code § 61-8B-10 (1977 Replacement Vol.), and sentenced him to imprisonment in the Wetzel County Correctional Center for a period of ninety (90) days and ordered him to pay a fine of $250 plus the cost...
