SPURLOCK, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment which involuntarily terminated the parental rights of O.E. and N.E. in regard to their daughter H.W.E. The Tarrant County Child Welfare Unit alleged alternatively that the respondent parents of H.W.E. committed acts and omissions violative of the Tex. Family Code Ann. § 15.02(1) (D and E) (Supp.1980) and that the termination of the parental rights would be in the best interests of the child...
