Before us is the petition for a writ of habeas corpus of Ronald J. Noyer, an inmate of the State Correctional Institution at Huntingdon who is there serving 20 to 40 years under two consecutive armed robbery sentences imposed by this court as a result of jury trial convictions to Criminal Action nos. 1259 and 1260 of 1974.
