Appellees brought suit to recover attorney fees in the amount of $39,038.64 alleged to be due them by defendants, Robert R. Meredith and Auto Sales of Georgia, Inc. for services rendered. Of the amount sought, $7,894.25 was alleged to be due jointly from Auto Sales and Meredith. Appellants answered generally denying the claim. Appellees moved for summary judgment and filed supporting affidavits showing an agreed hourly rate with attached statements...
