After a jury trial, defendant, David Gresham, was convicted of the delivery of a controlled substance containing less than 200 grams of amphetamines. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 56 1/2, par. 1401(c).) Defendant was sentenced to 3 years' imprisonment. On appeal, he contends that the trial court erred by refusing his Illinois Pattern Jury Instructions, Criminal, instruction...
