This is an appeal from a murder conviction, wherein the punishment was assessed by the jury at life imprisonment.

On appeal appellant complains of improper questioning of a witness, that the court erred in admitting his oral statement denying participation in the alleged crime, that the court erred in refusing to admit his signed statement given to police, and that the court erred in refusing to give a special requested...
