This case is before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction filed August 4, 1980. The ground for the motion as to the year 1975 is that no notice of deficiency for that year was sent to petitioner. With respect to the year 1976, the motion is based on the ground that the petition was not filed within 90 days after the mailing of the notice of deficiency...
