MEANOR, District Judge.

On October 7, 1975, the petitioner Eugene Perry appeared before this court as a criminal defendant and entered guilty pleas to four counts of bank robbery in violation of Title 18, United States Code sections 2113(a) and (d).1 Petitioner now seeks to have this court vacate his sentences on the grounds that the "plea of guilty ... was unlawfully induced or not made voluntarily" and the "[d]enial...
