This is an appeal by the State, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 604(a)(1), from an order by the trial court sustaining defendant's motion to suppress.

After he received a tip-off that defendant Robert Bochniak and his brother had stolen materials from defendant's place of employment, Officer Stasinopoulos went to 2554 West Augusta in Chicago, believing that to be defendant's home...
