Appellant was convicted of first degree robbery in violation of § 560.120, RSMo 1969, and sentenced to a five year term of imprisonment pursuant to § 560.135, RSMo Supp. 1975. On appeal, the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, reversed his conviction and remanded the case for a new trial in light of State v. Biddle, 599 S.W.2d 182 (Mo. banc 1980), where we held evidence of polygraph examinations...
