CAVANAUGH, Judge:

In this homicide case, appellant, Allen Freeman, was charged with murder in the first and third degree and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Following a jury trial before Popovich, J. (now a judge of this Court) and a jury he was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and carrying a firearm without a license. Appellant's motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were denied and he was sentenced to six months to two years less one day...
