Defendant appeals from a preliminary injunction against any use of any phenoxy herbicide on any of its 30,000 acres of land in Plaquemines parish, extending about 12.5 miles along state highway 23. The question is whether the evidence sufficiently supports the trial judge's factual findings as to warrant a preliminary injunction.
