A hearing was conducted by the trial court on appellant's petition for writ of habeas corpus directed to the Sheriff of Mobile County, Alabama. According to the undisputed evidence at said hearing, law enforcement authorities of Mobile County, Alabama, had arrested petitioner-appellant on two rendition warrants issued by the governor of Alabama. One was issued on January 3, 1980...
