This is a jury-waived Superior Court civil action in which the plaintiff, Joslin Oken (Oken), seeks an accounting and payment of commissions allegedly withheld from him by his employer, the defendant, National Chain Co. (National). National manufactures chain which is used in the costume jewelry industry.
