PER CURIAM:

This case is before the court on plaintiff's exceptions to the decision and findings of Trial Judge John P. Wiese. Oral argument has been had and we have also considered the briefs. We agree with the trial judge's decision and findings, except for part of his holding on liquidated damages; on that issue we agree with his discussion rejecting the contention that no liquidated damages should be allowed at all, but we believe that, instead...
