This is but yet another skirmish in the never ending battle on the part of taxpayers to reduce that which they are obliged to pay for the maintenance of their government. We shall here hold that the failure of tax assessors to obey the command of the General Assembly that they physically inspect all assessable real property at least once every three years does not invalidate an assessment conceded by the taxpayers to...
