Petitioner Bush was charged with robbery while armed with a deadly weapon as defined in RCW 9.95.0401 and a firearm pursuant to RCW 9.41.025. The court, sitting as fact finder, found Bush guilty and made special findings that petitioner was armed with a deadly weapon and a firearm during the commission of the offense.
