Writ granted. The judgment overruling the motion to suppress relators conviction for DWI in the 3rd Judicial District Court vacated and set aside as relator was not Boykinized as per State v. Jones, 404 So.2d 1192 (La.1981). The case remanded for further proceedings in accordance with law.
