PAULSON, Justice.

Allen Helgeson appeals from a judgment of conviction entered against him by the District Court of McLean County on October 13, 1980. A 12-member jury returned a verdict which found Helgeson guilty of committing the offense of negligent homicide. We affirm the judgment of conviction.
