Anthony Morris and Randolph Francis Miller were convicted of dispensing marijuana (Count I) and possession of marijuana for the purpose of sale (Count II) in violation of AS 17.12.010.1 Morris and Miller were sentenced to five-year terms of imprisonment on each count,2 to be served concurrently, with four and one-half years suspended...
